1 to 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1⁄4 tsp. salt or to taste

Cooking Directions:

Combine everything together (except fish and oil) in a bowl, preferably small size; mix well.

Arrange the fish in a shallow dish & transfer the marinade at the top.

Cover the dish and then place it in a fridge for a minimum period of half an hour, turning the fish after every 10 minutes.

Lightly coat the grill vegetable oil.

Remove the fish from marinade & cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side; baste the fish with the remaining marinade
